I'd like to get to know in what way your site is protected from players
using such "RNG cracking" software as Power RNG. I am myself a
programmer and aware that if algorithms of generating pseudorandom
numbers are not changed frequently enough that kind of software can
possibly severely jeopardize integrity of the game.I have to admit that
assurances of "the most sophisticated random number generator in the
online gaming industry" that can be found on your website do not sound
too convincing when compared to procedures applied by such
poker-specialized sites as for example PokerStars.

our security measure in the public domain is that this can be counter
productive in the long run. I am sure you can appreciate being technical
minded yourself that if we were to tell people how we counter these
threats it makes it easier for the producers of these types of software
to work around our security.

All I can say is that we do operate a zero tolerance policy to the use
of these types of software and we have a specialist and dedicated team
whose sole responsibilities are to investigate these and other instances
of Poker fraud. To do this they use some of the most up to date and
sophisticated technology available today.

Any cases where we can prove, or highly suspect members of Poker Fraud
of any kind results in the member's accounts being closed and their
bankrolls frozen - no profits are returned to them.
