Piszę, bo mam nadzieje, że jesteście w stanie mi pomóc. Powiem od razu, że na Pokerstars grywam bardzo rzadko, nieraz turnieje, nieraz freerolle, z rzadka jakieś stoliki - jesli mam tam jakieś fundusze
Jakiś czas temu, podczas próby logowania do Pokerstars, dostałem komunikat, że konto zostało zamrożone. Trochę zdziwiony wysłałem maila do supportu i czekałem na reakcję.
Nie było żadnej reakcji, więc wysłałem drugiego maila, a potem trzeciego. Długo, jakieś 1,5 miesiąca nie było ani w skrzynce, ani w spamie żadnego maila od supportu. Aż pewnego dnie mnie tknęło i wyszukałem przez wyszukiwarkę maila z hasłem "PokersStars" i nie wiem czemu gmail tak dziwnie działa, ale maile się znalazły, mimo że nie widziałem ich wcześniej.
No i mocno się zdziwiłem - PokerStars zamrozili moje konto pod zarzutem "ChipDumping".
Początek maila od PokerStars
Od razu wyjaśnie - nigdy, ale TO NIGDY nie grywam heads-upów, mało tego w PokerStars na stolikach ostatni raz grałem pewni gdzieś pod koniec zeszłego roku, albo jeszcze wcześniej. Nie znam tych graczy, i na 99% nigdy wcześniej z nimi nie grałem przy żadnym stoliku. Nigdy też żaden pokerroom nie zarzucił mi chipdaumpingu. I żeby było jasne, nie miałem żadnych funduszy na moim koncie w PokerStars.Hello Arkadiusz,

Wszystko to ładnie opisałem w odpowiedzi na powyższy mail od supportu, przepraszając za późną odpowiedź (jak już mówiłem miałem problemy z pocztą - zresztą w dalszym ciągu muszę szukać maila od PokerStars przez wyszukiwarkę) i poprosiłem żeby dokładnie sprawdzili moją historię logowań, oraz tego w jaki sposób grałem u nich.
Dziś otrzymałem odpowiedź i z lekka się przeraziłem.

Przeraził mnie ostatni akapit - mam zapłacić prawie 800$ dolarów za coś czego nie jestem winien. Wiem, ja jestem odpowiedzialny za moje hasła, ale jak to mogło się stać, że na koncie mam ujemny bilans? Karta kredytowa? Pośród tych odnalezionych maili był maila o jakimś obciążeniuHello Arkadiusz,

Żeby było jasne - nie mam żadnej karty (oprócz bankomatowej), po prostu nie mam takiej potrzeby.
Proszę podpowiedzcie coś, bo trochę tego nie ogarniam. Ktoś włamał mi się na konto i nie wiem jak mam to wytłumaczyć supportowi.
PS. Może nie powinienem o to pytać, ale co m grozi jeśli nie zapłacę tej wspomnianej kwoty?
PS2: Nic z tego nie rozumiem.
1. Na koncie nie miałem nic (albo jakieś centy)
2. Z maila rozumiem, że te dwa typki wygrały (tak to rozumiem) "z moim kontem" ponad 700$, więc ktoś musiał zrobić depozyt.
3. Pokerstars dostaje obciążenie z MC, i właśnie o co tu chodzi: 'Złodziej na moim koncie przegrał ponad 700$ a mimo to ja mam oddać prawie 800$'. Przecież 'zlodziej' przegrał. Przegrał 732,65, obciązenie na $778.78$.
