These pending transactions result because when you transact with your NET+ Card, there are 2 steps. The first is that the NET+ processor sends the transaction requirements; it then shows in your account as Pending. The second step is the Merchant needing to send the confirmation of the transaction and this is when the transaction shows as Accepted or Declined. If your funds have left your NETELLER account but the transaction was not accepted, the merchant needs to send the confirmation to our NET+ Department and they will return your money within the next 7 days.
